All payments must be made in advance via Razorpay or agreed method.
We do not offer refunds for completed sessions.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before a class to reschedule without fee.
Classes will begin and end at the scheduled time.
If the student is late, the session will not be extended.
In case of tutor delay, a full reschedule or make-up will be offered.
Student information, test scores, and communication will remain private.
No student data is shared with third parties.
Respectful behavior is expected during sessions.
Any misconduct may result in termination of services.
