At ChemCrack Tutor, we are committed to delivering high-quality education and a smooth learning journey. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to modify or cancel your purchase. Please read our policy carefully.
You may request a cancellation within 2 to 5 days of your original purchase, subject to the following conditions:
You have not completed more than one module or accessed over 25% of the course content.
Your request is made via email to Kashyaksahu@chemcracktutor.com with your order ID and the email address used for registration.
Live class packages can be canceled only before the first scheduled class.
Once substantial course content has been accessed or classes have commenced, cancellation requests may not be eligible.
If your cancellation request is approved based on the above criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 8 business days of approval.
Any applicable transaction fees (e.g., payment gateway fees) will be deducted.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Missed or unattended live classes
Technical issues originating from the userโs end (e.g., poor internet, device malfunction)
Purchases made under discounts, coupons, or promotional offers

ChemCrack Tutor reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
